What is Workspace?

With these tools, members can communicate effectively, manage events, share resources, and collaborate on projects. Concerned about your scout's access to email and other tools? Rest assured, the scouts' accounts are locked down to prevent them from sending or receiving emails from external sources.

Troop Calendar

Google Calendar assists in scheduling events, setting reminders, and sharing calendars within the troop. Essential for planning troop meetings, outings, and keeping track of important deadlines. The troop has one shared calendar, but all relevant events will be shared directly with your account.

Troop Chat

Google Chat enables direct communication between members, and allows our leadership to quickly and effectively communicate with the entire troop through Google Spaces within Google Chat.

Troop Email

Gmail provides a customizable, secure email service tailored for Troop 191, perfect for staying connected with troop members and organizing your inbox with ease.

Troop Drive

Google Drive offers 30GB of cloud storage per user, ideal for securely storing and sharing troop documents, photos, and resources. Shared drives enable our leadership to share all necessary forms, documents, and guides with the troop.

Phone integration
